In order to purchase your upgrade serial, you must log in to our website using the SAME email address you purchased EuroBass 2 with.

Once logged in, our system will automatically give you the correct pricing in your cart when you add EuroBass 3 to your cart.

If you don't have an account with us but have made a purchase in the past, please register a NEW account with the SAME email address that was used to purchase EuroBass 2 or upgrade from EuroBass 1. 

IMPORTANT: YOU CANNOT REDEEM THIS UPGRADE SERIAL ONTO A NATIVE ACCESS ACCOUNT THAT DOES NOT HAVE EUROBASS 2 ACTIVATED ONTO IT. THIS MEANS THAT THESE SERIALS CANNOT BE SHARED WITH FRIENDS/FAMILY/COLLEAGUES WHO DO NOT OWN EUROBASS 2

  • If you are getting an error logging in, first please try and reset your password. 

    Help! My Account doesn't exist?!
    If you go to reset your password and get "No account found with that email." This means your account is not active. Please create an account using the same email you used to purchase EuroBass 1 or 2 with.

  • You can find this on your original order receipt. By creating an account, our system will automatically allocate your original order as long as it is the exact same email used previously to purchase EuroBass.
