I purchased EuroBass/PunkBass/DjinnBass/GroveBass in the past, but can not download it anymore.

If you have previously purchased one of our virtual instruments and changed computers or formated your current computer and want to download it again, read this.

All of our Virtual Instruments are now downloaded through Native Access.

Just log into the SAME Native Access Account that you first registered your Virtual Instrument to and you should find it under the "uninstalled" Tab.

If you are unsure about what Native Access account you used to register your virtual instrument to, send an email with your serial number to Native Instruments here:

You can find your serial number under "my account" at www.SubMissionAudio.com
