Please make sure that Kontakt is updated to the latest version. You can update Kontakt in Native Access. 


Open up Kontakt Player in standalone. In the top right navigation bar, select Libraries, then select Manage Libraries. If the virtual instrument shows up in the library list, make sure your Virtual Instrument is checked. 

Then open up Kontakt in your DAW, and it should be working.
